Job Description
1) Develop and Oversee
smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning,
recruitment, selection, induction, exit, employee engagement, payroll
management, performance management, MIS reporting.
6) Managing
the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse
sources after identification of manpower requirements.
7)
Conceptualising & developing training & development initiatives for
improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement.
8) Ensuring
prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial
management-employee relations and achieve dedication by workers. Deal with
Employees requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
9)
Negotiating and amicably settling disputes among the employees and maintaining
discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels
