Job Description

1) Develop and Oversee smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, exit, employee engagement, payroll management, performance management, MIS reporting.

 2) Responsible for  proper administration of leave & attendance record of all employees. 

 3) Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions, in compliance with government regulations.

 4) Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.

 5) Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.

6) Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.

7) Conceptualising & developing training & development initiatives for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement. 

8) Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by workers. Deal with Employees requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

9) Negotiating and amicably settling disputes among the employees and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels

 

Industry: Preferably from Engineering Industry

 

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:  MBA – HR/Industrial Relations
