    Experience

At least 03 to 07 years of working experience in the related field required

Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process
Onboarding newcomers to the company
Moderate and act on employee benefit programs
Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
Building a relationship between employee and organization management
Avoiding and solving different types of conflicts arising in an organization
Assisting with the performance management and review process
Consulting with department managers over important organizational issues

Skills/Licenses

-Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
-Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (e.g. payroll systems and ATS)
-Solid understanding of labor legislation
-Excellent organizational skills
-Strong communications skills
-Ability to foster healthy employee relations
