Package : Negotiable 1.20 to 2.00 LPA 

Location : Near Aashima Mall and MP Nagar,Indrapuri,JK Road  ,Bhopal 

Education : 12th to PG

Experience :  1 year + ( preferrable  retail industry candidate )

Responsibility :

• Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
• Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
• Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning
• Handle complaints from customers
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functionable and presentable
• Preferably a female Candidate
• Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with company products.
