Job Responsibilities: 

1.Responsible for handling business development activities for Government projects 

 

2.Will be responsible for Project Tendering of Contracts independently, Liasioning with 

agents / clients. 

 

3.Will also be responsible for costing and estimation of daily enquiries and tenders, filling 

up and submission of tenders in time. 

 

4.Preparation of technical offer in line with the tender specs. 

 

5.Planning and scheduling of project activities to maximize efficiency and efficient utilization of 

resources.  

 

6.To coordinate with the client, OEM and Company for service works; 

 

7.Responsible for filling of Measurements’ books, Bills preparation, chasing of Bill & finally 

payment of Bills from Department 

 

8.Technical support and field training: When required train and support the site team 

members. 

 

9.Co-ordinating with the Government officials/clients for the timely payments of all bills. 

 

10.Site visit for supervision and billing related works, as required. 

 

Candidate Profile: 

 

At least 10 years experience in MEP projects. Candidate should be a core professional in Project sales &  tendering with ability to handle entire process of preparing and finalizing a tender till submission. 

Candidate should be a Diploma holder/Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 

Good oral and written communication skills in English; 

Ability to work with MS Office tools; 

Ability to effectively communicate with both government and corporate clients 

Customer focus. This role requires travelling
