If so, we would love for you to become part of the Technotask team. We need you to help us provide world-class customer service and be able to work 9 hours to match when our customers need us most. So, what will you do as a Customer Service Associate?
You will act as the first point of contact for our customers by answering their queries through phone, chat or email. You will support our customers with their orders, product queries, payment issues, account updates, website education or problems they may be having.
If you are a people person and can deliver great customer service, this role is for you. No previous contact center experience is necessary, as we will provide an initial training. As this training is imperative for setting you up for assisting our customers, no holidays can be taken during thistime.
What skills will you need?
• Minimum education qualification is 10+2 Pass
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) What are the job requirement?
• Flexible with Day/Night Shifts and rotational week offs
• Active individual bank account, PAN card and E-Aadhaar card
• Flexible to support multiple skill sets (Voice & Non-voice) irrespective of the original skill • For all regular students, would need an approval from college principal on work permit
