please find the below-hiring criteria for the CBM TM requirement.

Locations -

 Tamil Nadu( Chennai, Trichy, Madurai, Coimbatore), 

Karnataka (Bangalore, Belgaum, Hubli), 

APTL (Vizag & Guntur) & 

EAST Zone - Kolkata, patna & Ranchi.

Position - Territory Manager

Channel - CBM (Chief Business Mentor)

Interview process: HR round, 1^st level with RH round, 2^nd level - ZH round. 

• Experience  in life insurance at least 4-5 yrs, in agency channel min 3yrs 
• To recruit Business Mentors (BMs) and assist them to accomplish desired targets
  
• Should have the zeal to grow in career. 
• Understanding the Customer
• Should have good local market experience
• Should be able to hire partners and advisors 
• Should be able to generate business individually. 
• should have stability in career.

Age - 45yrs  max

Qualification - Graduation (mandate regular)
