Company Profile-  Battery Industry, one of the prominent business groups from Indore, dealing in Battery Trade since last 70+ years. We deal primarily in batteries (lead acid batteries). These batteries are used for 2wheelers, cars, tractor/commercial vehicles, inverters and Ups systems.

We also deal in Sales and Distribution of Brands like EXIDE, MINDA UNO. We have a group turnover of more than 45 Cr. We intend to reinforce our position in the state of Madhya Pradesh through various sales channels. we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a part of this growth story. Job Purpose: A sales executive is responsible to achieve assigned sales & collection targets by making visits to dealers and performing all those activities which would help him/her to convert dealer leads/inquiries into sales.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Sales:

·       Shall be responsible for achievement of Sales targets.

·       Shall be responsible for prospecting and appointing new shops and dealers for new business acquisition.

·       Shall be touring the given territory for business follow up and expansion.

·        Should prepare & follow the bead plan religiously.

·       Shall be responsible to meet existing dealers for existing business.

·       Shall be responsible to explain & show the dealers benefits in selling our product.

·       Shall ensure placement of the material at right dealer outlet ensuring safety of company.

·       Shall make sure to submit DSR (Daily Sales Report) on daily basis by 7.00pm.

·       Shall be responsible to ensure 100% outstanding payments are collected within stipulated number of days.

·       Shall be responsible to ensure security cheque is collected from 100% dealers.

 

·       Shall be responsible for various marketing & merchandizing activities at dealer level.

·       Shall be responsible to ensure timely submission of touring expenses as per Company policy.

·       Keep cordial relations with the customers/vendors and colleagues in the company.

·       Shall positively accept any new task assigned which may come up in later part of employment.

 

Requisite Skills:

  • Good at Cold Calling and Networking.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, power point & word.

·       Pleasing personality.

·       Ready to Travel.

 

Desired Skills:

 

·       Experience of Battery industry would be desirable.

·       Geographical knowledge of assigned area.

Education:

Graduate & Above

Relevant Experience:

 Minimum 4 Years of  Lubricants/Auto Spares/Battery /FMCG sales experience.

CTC per annum:

2.40 to 3.24 Lac

 4 years and above
