A) Job Profile Details:
Designation : HO Acquisition Manager - Digital Sales
Type : On roll with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd
B) Roles & Responsibility
Have good awareness of Corporates with entry point links in those corporates.
Presentation Skills required since he / she will be focusing on core corporates for Digital Banking.
Cross sells bank products to existing set of Corp Sal customers which are mapped.
Handle Investment and Insurance requirements of clients
Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
Coordinates with other group companies to provide awareness to our group company employees for our KOTAK JIFI products.
Goes beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products - enhancement of customer value
Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
Penetration of group / family account of the existing mapped base.
Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction
C) Job Requirements
Good communication and presentation skills.
Willing to travel extensively within the city limits.
Two- wheeler and an android phone is a must.
Liability Sales experience or KYC knowledge is an added advantage.
D) Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate (Fresher) / Postgraduate with <=26 years age as on date.
In case of work experience, the candidate shall be required to submit resignation acceptance & relieving letter / Experience cum clearance certificate from previous organization.
Candidate MUST NOT have any blood relatives currently working with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. Candidate MUST NOT have worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. earlier.
Candidate would undergo 3 weeks of online training with ITM Skills Academy.
E) Selection Process:
Process : Assessment by ITM Skills Academy
Assessment & Personal Interview by Kotak Mahindra Bank
Conditional Offer Letter release by Kotak Mahindra Bank
Post Interview Selection & Document Submission 3-week online training with ITM Skills Academy
Start as HO Acquisition Manager - Digital Sales
F) Compensation
On successful completion of the training, you will start at the designated branch as HO Acquisition Manager - Digital Sales at an annual CTC of Rs. 2.25 Lac - 3.11 Lacs.
G) Benefits:
Applicant will be attending 3 weeks of online training program and will be awarded a Certificate course in Banking Sales by ITM Skills Academy on successful completion.
On successful completion of the online Training, the applicant will be employed at the post of HO Acquisition Manager - Digital Sales
Fee Payback: Rs. 15,000/- Retention bonus on completion of 1 year with Kotak Mahindra bank
H) Fees:
Candidates who will clear the online Assessment, General Aptitude test and 2 rounds of Business & HR interview, will pay a training fee of Rs. 17,700/- via EazyPay, Google Pay, Phone Pe, Paytm to “ITM Edutech Training Pvt. Ltd.”.
The training fee paid by the student will not be refunded under any circumstances, whether the candidate discontinues the training program or discontinues services with Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. for any reason.
ITM Skills Academy does not approve of any fraudulent communication regarding any amount in cash or personal transaction by the candidate for the purpose of selection or joining Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.
I) Program Details:
Selected applicants must undergo 3 weeks of online training with ITM Skills Academy.
On successful completion of the training program, the participant will be absorbed as a HO Acquisition Manager - Digital Sales
