F &V Sourcing Officer
 

• Identify & onboard FPOs/ Farmers for focused crops and manage FPO/ Farmer relationships
• Farm level harvest visibility, harvest calendar preparation & sourcing forecasting
• Create new FPOs/vendors and maintain healthy relations with them
• Leading sourcing in designated area from FPO/Farmer to achieve 100% fulfillment of Crop level sourcing targets, within defined sourcing budgets
• Improvement of sourcing margins on an ongoing basis
• Price negotiation and maintaining all purchase record and share it on daily basis
• Responsible to manage and report cost of Operations at the collection center
• Map Cost of cultivation from farmers for individual crop.
• Manage & Supervise FPO operations like Harvesting, Sorting, Grading, Loading and    Dispatches.
